David Vayro qualified as a solicitor in 1988 having achieved a BA in Law and English (2:1) (Keele University), Law Society Finals (College of Law, Chester) and a Post Graduate Certificate (with Distinction) on the inaugural Executive Programme in Public Procurement Law and Policy at Nottingham University.
For over 24 years David has advised construction and engineering clients in front end work, strategic procurement issues and dispute resolution. David has also acted for private sector partners, construction subcontractors and funders in PPP transactions, principally within the NHS LIFT procurement initiative.
David is a partner at DWF and leads the Construction and Infrastructure (West) team from the Manchester office, covering Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
He is privileged to have had the opportunity of working with, amongst others, Manchester City Football Club, Laing O’Rourke, Metier, St Paul’s Developments, National Museums Liverpool, Morgan Sindall PLC, Aviva Public Private Finance and Equity Solutions & Partners.
