Manchester is a UK Inward Investment Hotspot – the stats don’t lie

Anecdotally it has been the case for a while to name check Manchester as being a recognised viable UK alternative for inward investment with London heating up etc.

Linked below is an article from AB Property Marketing and what caught our eye were these opening statistics:

* Manchester city centre population rises from 76 to 24,000 in two decades (Stockport Council)

* In 2015 sold prices in Manchester City Centre increased by 7% (Rightmove)

* NOMA and Spinningfields pegged as hottest city centre buy-to-let locations (Surrenden Invest)

Seems like we were all on to something….
