Local Growth Fund bidding sets LEP’s t each other’s throats

This is Money has a fascinating piece looking at the tensions between the 39 Local Enterprise Partnerships set up by the Coalition in 2010 as bidding starts for a share in the Government’s £2bn scheme.

This is not hardly the joined up, collaborative approach to regneration envisaged when the LEPs first emerged blinking into the sunlight….
