shared this slot looking at how Manchester will cope with the challenge of a rising city centre residential requirement.

Eddie gave some striking context underlining how the volume ad demographic profile of city centre occupancy has changed and Mike introduced the Allied London St John’s scheme for the recently acquired Granada site.

Allied will be developing St Johns as the first full City Centre resi neighbourhood. Mike’s vision is that we need to go back and see what Manchester has always been – analyse history (and the mind maps posted on the Manchester Stand walls) and then tap off the essence of Manchester.
