Mintel: online retail to double by 2018. Will this translate into more eProcurement?

As we (and UK citizens have been particularly zealous in shifting buying habits towards online activity) become increasingly familiar with identifying our requirements, sourcing, pricing and purchasing on line will our commercial attitudes to eprocurement change?
