EPSU presents its commentary on EU Procurement Reforms

Leaving aside the important issue of the European Public Service Unions group perspective on procurement reform (on which you can gorge yourself via the link below) what caught our eye was the continuation, unabated, of the EU capacity for creating jargon.

Reference is made to the “trilogue” between the European Parliament, IMCO and the Commission. A quick bit of (admittedly non-exhaustive) research suggests that this is a term (there is also debate about whether the form “trialogue” should be used instead) used exclusively in EU circles.

Trilogue? Really??
