The North West Construction Hub, Manchester City Council and the Centre for Construction Innovation (CCI) have announced the launch of the Engineering & Professional Services (EPS) Framework.
The Framework will, NWCH claims, enable public sector organisations, construction companies and built environment professionals to work in partnership to deliver projects more efficiently, on time and cost, with an enhanced focus on quality and added value outcomes to support local communities.
The Engineering and Professional Services Framework allows public sector organisations across the North West and the United Kingdom to procure professional services relating to nine built environment consultant disciplines including:
Architecture,
Building and Quantity Surveying,
Project and Programme Management,
Multi Discipline Services,
Sustainability and Environment,
Valuation and Market Analysis,
Mechanical, Electrical and Building Services,
Regeneration, and
Landscaping and Artisan Services.
