Bulgaria: Procurement Appeals Commission Generates its own workload

We posted on 17 October about nepotism in Bulgaria leading to the award of a public contract to the husband of a government minister.

This story reports how members of the Commission on the Protection of Competition have allegedly been involved in training (for personal reward) aggrieved bidders how to appeal procurement decisions.

Nothing quite like oiling the wheels….
