EC Official line distorts conclusions of Third Country Access working study – GEM

This report from GEM casts at highly critical and focused eye over the impact assessment working study produced by the Commission in the wake of the proposal for a Directive regulating Third Country access to EU Markets.

GEM’s conclusion is that officials have spun the study in their public briefings to give far too rosy and supportive a view of its conclusions.
