Muuga Harbour procurement – will EU seek to clawback Cohesion Fund input?

Following the Estonian National Audit Office report claiming that cost overruns of €2.4m were caused by public procurement process breaches, the state prosecutor has declined to institute any criminal proceedings.

These unedifying internal arguments may b brought to a head if the EU Cohesion Fund decides to investigate the project….
