EU Information Society: 1st eProcurement Conference – Barcelona, 20 March 2013

6. Analysing the new European Directives for e-public procurement;

7. Presenting e-procurement impacts on innovation and on SMEs access to public

8. Proposing new initiatives to increase cross-border public procurement; and

9. An exhibition of “best-of-breed” services of e-platforms is open during the whole day.
